HUMAN CENTERED STRATEGIES FOR A SAFER MORE RESILIENT DIGITAL WORLD
Research-led guidance for safer digital societies.
Technology does not fail in isolation; people, context, and cognition shape how digital systems succeed or collapse. My work focuses on the human layer of cybersecurity: how attention, trust, emotion, fatigue, persuasion, and situational factors influence risk.
Drawing on over two decades in cybersecurity, formal research in cyberpsychology, and ongoing PhD work, I help organisations and policymakers understand not just what the risks are, but why people fall for them, and how systems can be designed to reduce harm.

I advise government, private sector, and multi-stakeholder bodies on:
• Human-centric cybersecurity strategy & culture
• Behavioural risk and susceptibility factors
• Digital mindfulness and cognitive resilience frameworks
• Policy development and governance
• Ethical and responsible technology adoption
My approach is evidence-based, human, and practical, translating research into decisions that leaders can act on.

CURRENT WORK & CONTRIBUTIONS
"Over the years I've had many guest lecturers in my business school classrooms. Few have left the impression that Anna Collard does. Authentic, professional and practical. Incredibly knowledgeable, yet humble and approachable. I wish we could measure her impact on the Cyber world and her Digital Mindfulness messaging is incredibly timely."
